Express Pros is in need of Quality Control Shipping associates! Candidate will be working for a produce industry in McAllen, TX, must have some prior knowledge of Produce & Quality assurance experience and can effectively follow up with personnel and handle multiple ongoing projects. Must be comfortable with cold storage type of environment (50 degrees). Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: TDB (To be Determined), must be flexible Job Duties Handle control of product inventories in warehouses through a digital inventory system. Send daily inventory reports to the shipment team. Monitor and manager the entry and exit of merchandise in the inventory system. Identify the lots that are being shipped in each order to ensure traceability of the products. Manage receipts of transported goods sent by the shipping team. Log product entries into the inventory system. Required Skills/Education: Strong management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines Energetic/assertive attitude with strong leadership skills Excellent/Professional verbal and written communication skills (No typos or slang) Microsoft Excel Skills Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision A self-starter who's willing to work flexible hours Must have a Valid Passport (To be able to travel to Mexico periodically for training purposes) and a Valid Driver's License to check on the product of neighboring operations No Forklift Certification required!
