At WPM, your job as a Maintenance Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in by new residents. Maintenance repair requests may include but are not limited to: appliances, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Our Service Technicians play a crucial role in keeping all the residents homes’ in the condition they envision while maintaining great customer satisfaction. WPM Service Technicians are valued members of our team because without them, our properties would not feel like a home to our residents.
