Northern Preservation Service LLC is looking for experienced Property Preservation, Rehab/Repair contractors in the state IA/IL around quad cities. We currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company from multiple clients and we are looking for experienced contractors to service them. We have two payment terms – Weekly: net 10-14 days’ time OR QuickPay: 3 business days of a properly closed work order. Work order types include but isn’t limited to: - Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc. - Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals - Securing - lock work and boarding - Winterization - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial/Maid Services - Trash Outs - Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.) Potential contractors must have their own equipment/hardware to perform work which includes supplies such as Bank Coded Locks (Knob-locks, Deadbolts, Padlocks), Lock Boxes, Tarps, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc. Potential contractors must have an Aspen Grove Profile with a valid Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) number.
