**NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY** A DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED. Job consists of General Labor work for two weeks, peeling off stickers is the main function. Then if you are on time and reliable you will be considered for the Holewatch/Firewatch position which will start immediately after this and will go on for six weeks possibly longer. This plant requires you to have OSHA 10 and to be qualified for the Holewatch/Firewatch position you must have OSHA 10. If you don't have it and are willing to get it we reimburse you the cost after you complete two weeks of work. It is thru OSHA website and you will need to take the Holewatch course. I will need a copy of your receipt and certificate to reimburse and you. Monday- Friday, occasional Saturday. Eight hour days. Start date MARCH 1st. Job is in Tipton, CA. Pay $15.00 an hour. After forty hours we pay overtime. Pay periods run Monday-Sunday. You will be paid thru ADP every week, direct deposit. This is a 1099 job, you will be responsible for your own taxes. MUST BE RELIABLE AND ON TIME. This is a TEMPORARY job. This job is Boring!! But important!! Both Men and Women encouraged to apply! For the Holewatch/Firewatch position it requires attention to what is going on around you, it is a safety position you must observe to see that there are no obstacles in the way when the tanks are being moved around and no fires are started by welders which the possibility is very slim as the job is on concrete or dirt. So basically you just stand there all day and watch. As far as holewatch whoever goes into the hole it is your job to make sure they come out. You do NOT go into the hole. They may ask you to do some cleanup and possibly get items that the welder needs. Must wear Long Sleeve Shirt. You must have: HARD HAT, STEEL TOED SAFETY BOOTS, SAFETY GLASSES, GLOVES. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
