Looking for a German shepherd rescue

Hi I have a male German shepherd his about 12 years old. I looking for a shepherd rescue center to take him in. His very friendly and loves kids. He doesn’t like cats to much. I want him to go to a rescue center who knows the breed. I’ve had him since he was a puppy. I can’t keep him I live in apartment. His just a big dog. He was staying with a friend but, they can’t keep him any more. Please email and let me know. He has all his shots and microchipped. Preferably a rescue center.
