Kimberly Nurseries Landscape and Irrigation is seeking the right individuals to help build some of the most amazing landscaping projects in the Magic Valley!!! We have been enhancing outdoor living spaces since 1907 - over 113 YEARS!! We are looking for candidates who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves and hope to make a difference! The CREW LEADER is the KEY member of the team. They oversee and ensure projects are completed to the high level of quality our clients and customers have come to expect from us. They are also responsible for tracking labor and materials used on job sites. They set the company culture and are the face of our company. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: *Has a passion for what they do. *Has good character and integrity. *Can complete tasks with minimal supervision. *Enjoys working outside. *Is committed to safety. *Finds value in working hard and working smart. JOB REQUIREMENTS: *Ability to lift 50-100 lbs with regularity. *Minimum 3 years experience running a landscape/irrigation crew. *A valid Idaho drivers license. *Ability to learn and operate various types of large and small equipment. *Ability to speak, read, and write English.
