I need someone adept with drum brakes, ideally with experience working on Ford drum brakes of this approximate vintage, which have oddball adjusters. This YouTube will give you a good idea: The job will probably go easier and faster if with some experience with this type of brakes, which may have been used on other Ford compacts. The brakes need to be rebuilt with new shoes, which I have. I also have reconditioned drums to swap in, a new brake hardware kit, wheel cylinder rebuild kits and a couple quarts of brake fluid. The wheel cylinders may need cleaning up before rebuilding. In addition to the rebuild, I need to have brake fluid replaced and bled on all four wheels, then the new brakes tested and adjusted. This is a mobile job, inside my two-car garage. I have a hydraulic jack, wheel stands and a fairly good assortment of tools, so you shouldn't have to bring along too much. I'm a senior citizen on fixed income, so I need to get this done for about $100. I can assist to a limited extent, for example pumping the brake pedal to bleed, but I no longer have the agility, flexibility and strength for the hard stuff.
