Dairy/Crop Operation is currently looking for an individual to operate heavy equipment for crop land improvement and building projects. This is a regular full-time position. The work schedule fluctuates depending on seasonal activity and weather. Essential job skills include ability to operate heavy equipment, basic mechanical skills, flexible schedule and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and protocol. Additional required skills include good communication, a valid WI driver’s license, adaptability and dependability. Compensation will be based on value brought to the company.
