Landscape East & West, Inc. is seeking a Foreman and Crew Members for our Residential Maintenance routes that operate out of our Hillsboro shop. We have a new office, new location, and a fresh new outlook! Landscape East & West is a full service, award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are looking to add a key member to our residential maintenance team. The successful candidate will be servicing high end residential accounts and residential customers throughout the western Portland Metro area. We are a progressively growing landscape company serving the Portland Metro Area for over 30 years. Primary Responsibilities: - Work with crew of 3-4 - Communicate effectively with management and customers. - Perform all aspects of landscape care for accounts on your assigned route including mowing, edging, hand pruning, shearing, weeding, raking, leaf clean-up, irrigation, fertilizer application, and other necessary duties in contract. - Operate various types of maintenance equipment using safe practices (various mowers, edger's, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruners, and hand tools) -Plant pathology, ornamental pruning, irrigation controller, lighting timer, and water feature diagnosis ability. Qualifications Foreman: - 5 years experience with residential maintenance accounts - Strong communication skills - Proficient with technology - Have a valid driver's license Qualifications Crew Member: - Eager to learn and improve - Hard worker - Dependable - Prior landscape experience desired This is a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day position with occasional overtime. Work week is Tuesday - Friday We offer a Competitive Wage, Health, Dental, 401k and PTO benefits. Pre-employment Background check and Drug Screen required. If hired as a driver, you must have a clean driving record and pass a DOT certification exam.
