Consider joining the Choice Services Team! We’re looking to add a new full-time member to our team of Household Assistants! Who are we? As a team, our main goal is to be kind, caring, and make our client’s lives a little easier. We work as a tight knit team with a high value for relationship, growth, and overall quality of life for both our employees and clients. Our team specializes in handling a variety of on-going household needs such as: housekeeping, childcare, personal care, errands, yardwork, and admin support. (Life is hard enough. Let’s take care of each other.) We’re licensed and insured, with 5 years of experience in the household services industry. Our assistants are specifically selected for their teach-ability and willingness to grow, their ability for creative problem-solving, and their ability to operate within a variety of social settings (Hello PDX! We see you keepin’ it weird and we love you for it.) We pride ourselves in offering reliable, trustworthy, help to a handful of households in the Portland Metro and Vancouver area. What kind of person are we looking for? To put it simply, we’re looking for people who are kind and maybe even a little cool. Like us. Our Household Assistants are asked to provide genuine care and support for our clients. We're looking for someone who has a wide variety of skills and a willingness to do manual labor. Housekeeping is the backbone of the job responsibilities. We do A LOT of cleaning. Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow is a necessity. What does the job look like? - Title: Household Assistant - Starting at $15/hr - $0.25 pay increase every 3 months for the first two years. - Paid drive time - PTO - Group health care available for 35 hrs/wk+ (we pay $100/mo toward premium) - Covered by liability insurance and worker's comp. - Major holidays off What do you need? - Valid license and reliable vehicle - Reliable smart phone - Two references - Resume - Background check - Drug screening - Good vibes We would love to hear from you!
