FARM TRACTOR OPERATOR: Looking for an individual who can run big farm equipment doing field work. Will be operating a 4 wheel drive articulated tractor pulling 7000- 8500 gallon manure spreader chisel plowing and injecting into the ground. Or will be operating a Terragator. Must be familiar or have experience with semi transmission. The terragators shift like a Semi. **Knowing how to work a field is a plus** Details: Must be willing to travel throughout Michigan, to various job locations Work may vary 5 -6 days a week (weather dependent). 60-70+ hours a week (weather dependent) Overtime after 40 hours Seasonal work/Unemployment benefits Lodging and $20 per diem per night out of town Eligible for Health Insurance after 90 days We are a residuals management company based out of Charlotte and Grand Rapids. We haul biosolids for various cities in Michigan and farmers. We are looking for operators who are willing to work flexible hours. Requirements: Responsible, licensed vehicle operator Must be able to couple/uncouple load and transfer hoses Good communication skills Good attendance record and willingness to work OT Ability to climb up and on top of Tanker is a must Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work in a team setting Clean driving record Perform any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility to include sweeping, shoveling, and other housekeeping activities.
