Fence & Deck sub-contractors needed We are looking for Fence & Deck Sub-Contractors to join our team. Our ideal candidate has construction and carpentry experience in fence or deck installations. Experience with Wood, Vinyl, Aluminum, Chain link, and Composite are a plus. You must have reliable transportation, Majority of trade related tools and a willingness to work in all weather conditions to keep up with this year-round work. Sub-Contractor Duties and Responsibilities • Excellent customer service • Walk project with customer before every install • Confirm and understand the layout and design of fence and/or Deck • Communicate with customer constantly • Always keep a clean/tidy worksite • Walk project with customer after completion of install • Communicate with Office staff daily Sub-Contractor Requirements and Qualifications • Must pass a background check • Reliable vehicle • Possess most trade related tools (Willing to help acquire tools) • Must be dependable. • Strong communication and customer service skills
