We are now hiring Rebar Fabricators for reputable construction building supply company! This is a perfect position for those who are seeking a career opportunity!! Some concrete workers or rodbusters that can tie steel would be good candidates for this position. You would learn the process of fabricating the rebar and preparing it for distribution. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a safe working environment and exhibit a positive safety attitude Operate an industrial shearing machine to cut reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths Operate a bending machine to bend reinforcing steel bars to specified shape Operate overhead crane to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping Unload trailers and store material in storage bins using an overhead crane Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean and safe manner Assist other employees in any of the above tasks Performs other tasks as assigned Must pass DT Must be able to drive to and from work Tying rebar experience is a plus!! Position will pay $16-$19 Depending on experience! May be willing to train those who have other fabrication type experience and who are able to learn quick! Call or Text hiring Manager, 678-383-1811
