Job Description Where You'll Work: Located right near the O'Hare airport, our Elk Grove Village, IL location is the epicenter for all things sprinkle! Here our hardworking team creates many different styles, shapes, and colors of sprinkles and cake crunch for Kerry customers and brands. With a growing portfolio, comes the need to grow our team! If you like working with a close-knit group that makes a big impact, we may be the place for you! Currently looking for someone interested in 3rd shift. The hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00PM - 5:30AM with overtime availability! There are plenty of opportunities for you to take advantage of! What You'll Do: Do you enjoy your days being full of variety? You'll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe 1 workplace. As a Production Operator you'll see a product's transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You'll follow instructions provided on a recipe card or "batch ticket" listing which ingredients you'll gather, measure, weigh, and document the amount needed. If you're active, this is the role for you because you'll use your hustle for lifting, rolling and transporting bags of up to 501bs of ingredients and drums up to 2001bs to other team members. After the ingredients are mixed, polished and sensory tested the finished product is boxed, labeled and palletized. What You'll Need: • Because you'll be working with ingredients to specific standards, you'll want to have either a high school diploma or equivalent or previous work experience with measuring and documenting with detail. • Thinking of joining a gym? No need! This role will require rolling 2001bs drums onto pallets and consistent lifting of 501bs by hand. • Already have food manufacturing experience? Great, your transition will be a breeze! Experience is preferred but not required. • Because you'll be part of a team that will count on you, we'd like to see solid work attendance in your current/previous job. • Because the safety of you and our team are important to us, successfully passing a drug and background will be required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
