H&M Custom Ag Services LLC is looking to add to its staff in a growing business. We work year around with longer hours in the busy season and shorter hours in the winter months. We are seeking motivated, hardworking team members for full time work. As a team member yo will have the opportunity to grow with the company as expand your knowledge and skills. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated dependable individuals. Job duties are varied and include all aspects of farming: Tilling Bagging Planting Manure hauling Mowing Drag line manure Merging trucking manure Chopping maintenance of equipment Trucking pouring concrete Requirements Maintain attention to detail and have a strong sense of ownership in work Ability to take direction and work as a team Have a valid drivers license Have a CDL or willing to get one Lift 50lbs Ability to work in a types of weather Work long hours if needed Be able to stand for long periods of time and work on concrete Be able to travel for short periods of time Experience is helpful but not a requirement.
