ASSEMBLER $14.07 Per Hour Please apply by using the link below: This position is responsible for safely assembling trucks and trailers by following detailed instructions from supervisors and trainers. These assemblies require the use of a variety of air, electrical and manual tools. You will play a key role within a team that will work together to achieve daily quality and production goals. Strong safety orientation and attention to detail are critical. Assemble trucks and trailers in a production line environment within a certain cycle time. Proper care and usage of assembly tools, equipment, facility and maintaining general housekeeping. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands. Utilize proper tools to align, drill and secure components with correct bolts and torque to specifications. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined and have the ability to follow detailed verbal and written work instructions and standard operating procedures. Attendance is very critical to daily operations. Minimum lifting requirements of 50 lbs Skills needed: Hand or power tool experience is helpful but not required Able to read and comprehend instructions Good hand-eye coordination Attention to detail Reliability Candidates Must: Be authorized to work in U.S. Have reliable transportation Be able to start immediately Pass a background check Pass a drug test Must have steel toe boots U-Haul is an equal opportunity employer.
