This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, talented individual to join the Bold Construction team as a Construction Manager. High end custom home construction knowledge and experience is required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and customer-centric with a positive attitude, strong initiative and an ability to effectively communicate. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of new custom residential construction projects following the construction schedule and making adjustments to the schedule as needed Supervise all on-site construction, including resolving day-to-day issues and inspecting all work during construction to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications Ensure on-site work is efficiently completed on schedule and within budget in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures Manage time and resources effectively, multitasking and prioritizing to meet established goals and deadlines while maintaining quality control Maintain a safe, clean and compliant job site through project completion, including weekly safety meetings Manage change orders and selections accurately in accordance with procedures in BuilderTrend software Develop and maintain rapport and professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues that reflect and support company core values Ensure overall client satisfaction and success of project to deliver exceptional service Expectations: Strong planning and project management skills with ability to wear many hats Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude Customer-centric with strong client service skills Ability to listen and communicate effectively and to be held accountable for work Experience with successfully identifying and resolving complex construction issues Demonstrated ability to establish and build rapport and good working relationships with management, vendors, and clients Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of construction practices and terminology with ability to read and understand construction plans and documents High school diploma with 5+ years of residential construction project management experience No criminal history - must pass a background check, drug test and have a current driver’s license We seek an individual who is interested in growing with our company; only applicants seeking long-term employment need apply.
