Have an 8 month old Bluetick/Treeing Walker Coonhound mix that we need to rehome. It breaks our heart to do this, but he needs more attention and training than we can give him right now. He is neutered and up to date on shots. Would do well in a home with a fenced in yard or a farm since he is a very active dog and has a lot of energy. Does well with kids, as we have a 4 old child but does get very hyper as he is still a puppy. Also gets along with other dogs, but not cats. He knows basic commands like sit, down, paw. He is also potty trained and lets you know when he needs to go out by hitting the front door knob. He is crate trained but doesn’t like to be in it as he does have separation anxiety and he is on meds for it. He does bark and howl but that is because he is a coonhound. Would do well with someone who is very familiar with this breed. Will do a home and vet check before rehoming to make sure he goes to a good home. Asking $400 and he will come with his crate, left over food, toys, food dishes, harness, leash, preventive meds, and other items. Text if interested.
