Looking for a cleaning person who can clean apartment move outs after they have been upgraded. Must be able to use a shop vac to clean out cabinets and drawers, dust, mop floors, clean tub surrounds and bathtubs very well, wipe down windows and sills, vacuuming, wipe down kitchen (all appliances are new), and basically making a place move in ready for a new tenant. Usually 3 bedrooms, occasionally 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom. Won't take a ridiculous amount of time. Amount of units varies at once. Cleaning needs done within business hours only. (8-5)
