We are currently seeking a Assistant Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team! Must have at least 2 years of experience in the filed. Responsibilities and Requirements (NOT LIMITED TO): • Must have an open schedule 40-50 hours a week. Shifts start at 7:30am • Valid Drivers License. • Bilingual (Spanish and English) Preferred. • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Repair and paints inside. • Repairs furniture and fixtures. • Install and replaces lighting fixtures and bulbs. • Sweep, mop and scrub using cleaning materials. • Completes daily duties. • Pressure wash outside buildings. • Handle light HVAC and some appliance trouble-shooting/repairs. · Handle light Plumbing (including water lines). · knowledge with light drywall. • Must follow Agave Azul handbook guideline, state and federal regulations.
