We have a storefront space with piano available for evenings practice no amps no drums no music after 10pm Unique space easily accessible. In the past we had music teachers, cellist, violinist, pianist, small groups play for audiences and teach classes. Some daytime hours could be arranged but late afternoons and evenings are wide open, seeking long term arrangements after initial trials from us both. Flexible on monthly stipend.
