Expanding company seeking Experienced carpenter for repair of termite and fungus damaged wood. Company is located in North Orange County. Compensation: Pay is based on experience with employment reviews after 90 days. Employment Type: Full-time We specialize, in exterior restoration and repairs of homes on window trims, decks, patio covers, rafter tails, eaves, blockings, fences, etc. Termite and dry rot damage repair experience is helpful but willing to train. The right person must have construction experience with references. We occasionally do stucco work, concrete work, rain gutter work, and general handyman repairs. The more experience you have the better. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. The more experience you have in the various trades, the better equipped you will be to perform the jobs that we are considering hiring you for. The more you know the better you will be compensated. You must have reliable transportation to get to work. Company vehicle may be provided to the right candidate. Appearance: Must be clean cut and drug free. Must have current Calif. Driver license. Must provide DMV printout at time of interview. Must provide work history. minimum 2 years experience. Type of work you will do: Demo decks, Rebuild decks, fascia, eaves, patio covers, entry beams. Trim, Doors. We paint all lumber before it is installed and caulk/seal all seams and joints. Please attach a resume with all correspondence.
