TECHNICIAN Responsibilities and Duties: • Responsible for keeping buildings clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors • Cleaning windows, blinds and mirrors • Cleaning restrooms and ensuring they are fully stocked with paper products • Picking up and emptying trash • Wiping down walls, pictures, fixtures • Ensuring lobby and breakrooms furniture are wiped down and organized • Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected • Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies • Organize janitorial storage areas • Track amount of supplies used daily for records • Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver license • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies • Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally • Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations • Attention to detail • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor • Ability to demonstrate professionalism • Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team • Travel between jobs (jobs are 5-10 minutes apart) • Must be able to pass drug test SERVICE MANAGER We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Supervisor for our Post Construction Cleaning Service You would be responsible for training and maintaining staff, as well as supervising them on a daily basis. Your responsibility would be to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner and that customer satisfaction is your priority. Being a team player, who is able to maintain budgets, work with customers and employees to ensure a safe and productive job environment. Reporting to the General Manager of the division, you’ll be responsible for maintaining your budget, and ensuring that all work is performed within a specific time frame. Must have experience in: · Cleaning in a Commercial Environment this includes Construction Cleanup · Time Management · Customer Service · Employee Relations · Planning and Maintaining Supplies and Equipment to ensure that you have what you need to complete your job on time. · Experience using necessary Equipment (includes Floor Machines) · Training of new employees on all aspects of the required job details Qualifications: · Must be able to pass a background check · Must have valid Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract · Must have reliable Transportation - you CAN/WILL be driving between locations at any given time · Bilingualism is an asset · Willingness to travel when needed · Must be able to communicate effectively with our customer in English
