We are a property management company that manages vacation rentals in the Pinellas County area and we have an immediate opening for a full time maintenance technician position as an employee or as a 1099. We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable and experienced in the following areas: - Electrical - repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, or garage doors openers - Plumbing - repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, or washing machines - Ac - must have a basic understanding of how to clean and service AC units. - Appliance repair – repair, replace or install household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers, hot water tanks, We perform routine maintenance in all of our properties and the duties include painting, repair drywall, install locks among others. Ideal candidate: - Ability to handle a high-volume, fast paced environment - Ability to multi-task and prioritize well is essential - Ability to move heavy objects from one area to another The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the properties and perform on-going maintenance to ensure all items in the suite are in good working order and meet the company’s standards. Important details: - Candidate will be required to work some Saturdays - Candidate must have their own tools. - A truck may be provided for candidate depending on driving record The pay varies based on experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus and will be incentivized.
