Experienced and self performing Plumber needed for the underground rough in and wall rough in for drain and water for new bathroom in existing basement. New toilet and sink need to installed in an existing room that contains the W/D and water heater. Sewer main is coming up from the floor inside this room. Another subcontractor locate the sewer main, cut concrete floors, and remove the concrete for the trench to drain. Licensing and permitting is already taken care of, I just need a talented and knowledgeable individual that is very familiar with city code and can produce high quality work. Additional labor can be provided to you for bigger tasks. This is specific job is ready to start today and there are many more after that for the right individual. Hourly pay that is paid bi weekly or at the end of job/task, whatever comes sooner. Bonuses for each job completed before schedule. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
