East Bay based company specializing in quality home remodeling and maintenance services looking for experienced journeyman carpenter DUTIES -ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) new build from the ground up. Building prefab units that come delivered, then layout and design -Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs -Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim -Remodeling kitchen and bathroom, fences, decks, and room additions, garage and gazebo construction -Building concrete forms and setting rebar -Light plumbing and electrical -Cover driving area of East Bay and South Bay MUST HAVES -Residential newbuild/remodel -Expertise in framing and interior finish work -Ability to read blueprints -Strong working knowledge of job site safety -Valid License -5 years of experience JOB DETAILS -Rate : $36 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am -4:30 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered. References & background checks will be required
