Developed Employment Services - a Humboldt based family owned business. Our Program works with adults with developmental disabilities to teach practical work and social skills with the objective of obtaining employment in the workforce. We are looking for a motivated, positive and proactive job coach to supervise and work with crews for various types of jobs and projects including but not limited to yard work and janitorial services. Hands-on physical work is an expectation of this job as you supervise work projects with your crew. To succeed the right candidate would enjoy and thrive on a variety of work from day to day, being in a leadership role as well as making a difference in the lives of others. Being proactive at planning your day and completing your necessary paperwork independently. ability to coordinate with other job coaches to meet goals and evaluate client performances. Mentoring and training others to be productive while learning real world job skills. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Full time, year round, no weekends.
