We have immediate needs for Computer Hardware Technicians at our new Eden Prairie Corporate Headquarters. The shift will be Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (although we are flexible on start and end times) with no nights or weekends. The hourly rate is $18/hr. Position Summary: Technicians are responsible for the auditing, testing, configuring, breaking down, and receiving of all equipment that flows through the warehouse/tech center process.  It is a detailed position that calls for communication with sales, logistics, and management. Ideal Candidate Attributes: ·       Working knowledge and hands-on experience with computer hardware and/or networking hardware and understanding of hardware configuration, product options, and operating system configurations ·       Excellent problem solving skills ·       Strong work ethic ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including the ability to work with clients and sales team to answer questions and help solve problems ·       Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently ·       Ability to prioritize work or seek out assistance with work prioritization when needed ·       Ability to work individually and in a team environment and to give or take direction Please submit a resume to apply.
