Home Comfort Practice ("HCP") seeks to employ ambitious and conscientious service technicians for its Home Energy Solutions business. () Home Energy Solutions technicians help our customers reduce their electric, heating, and cooling bills through home system improvements. HCP trains its technicians in customer service, heating system diagnostics, blower door testing, duct blaster testing, advanced air sealing techniques, and home insulation upgrade. Considering a career change? HCP offers training and career advancement to service technicians with excellent customer service skills, work ethic, and desire to increase personal income. After one year of employment, HCP will sponsor industry-specific certification training and testing, which would qualify a technician to earn a Crew Chief position and compensation. BENEFITS: 1.
