Title: Full Time Maintenance Technician Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager Location: Greenfield Gardens Apartments, 58 Pray Dr, Greenfield, MA 01301 Property management company seeks maintenance technician for local apartment complexes. Applicants must have two years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance repairs. Reliable vehicle and own hand tools required.
