This position will provide the right candidate a variety of landscape tasks including commercial mowing & grounds maintenance, lawn treatment, tree pruning, shrub & and perennial care, tree planting, aeration, seeding, and general labor from time to time on one of our tree crews.  The long term goal with this position is to find the right person to be able to run their own crew and oversee the efficient management of that crew.  Ability to operate and maintain all equipment common to the industry, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers is essential.  Experience is not required. The ability to problem solve, demonstrate general mechanical/maintenance knowledge, quickly learn and apply new skills, and efficiently work through a wide variety of tasks is required. We will train the right individual. This is a year round full time position with full benefits package (Health/Dental/Vision, Vacation/Sick/Holiday pay, & retirement plan with 3% match). A good driving record is necessary, and you will have to pass a drug test. We are hiring for this position immediately
