IMMEDIATE FACILITIES/HVAC TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE WITH GROWING COMPANY! Requirements: -Read/Interpret Blueprints and Schematics -Responsible for all facility maintenance on air handlers, compressor, pumps, and HVAC Equipment -Previous experience with VFD's -Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting experience -Utilize basic hand and power tools -Inspect, maintain, test, troubleshoot, adjust, repair and/or replace all related plumbing and mechanical fixtures domestic water systems, backflow preventers, general and laboratory sanitary systems, general commercial plumbing fixtures, laboratory gas and vacuum distribution systems, water purification systems, steam and condensate systems, valves, traps, heat exchangers -Complete necessary paperwork, i.e, Log Books, Work Tickets, PM Documentation in accordance with cGMP good documentation practices. -Brazing, Welding, and Pipe fitting This is a first shift position.
