In Search of Artist Studio

Hello, I am a glass artist seeking an affordable studio space. My only requirements are that the space would be big enough to fire a fusing kiln (bigger than a closet) and would have electrical hookups to run 120v kiln. If there is a more expensive studio out there, would you consider a liveable studio space? We are two responsible tenants. If anyone knows where I could look please let me know.
