This position is responsible for managing labor and material in the field to complete assigned contract maintenance projects and everyday tasks. 1. Looking for energetic, positive-thinking and self-motivated people with a high quality standard of work. 2. Train and build people in an effort to help them develop within the company. 3. Must have experience in landscape management and horticultural backround or education. 4. Must work well with others and be able to work side by side to help productivity and professionalism of work. Position for Foreman start at $15 and up based on experience and raises given after 30 days. Paid vacation, holiday bonus and IRA match are offered. Labor Positions start at $13-15 and based on experience.
