Looking for Full-Time Crew Members and Crew Leads: Our Family run lawn care business is expanding and we are in need of a couple of hard working individuals for this upcoming summer season. Currently looking for laborers to complete string trimming, back pack blowing, mowing operations, and a crew leader to supervise operations. Requirements: -Clean Driving Record with own transportation daily to Farmington -Able to lift 50lbs -Season Begins in April and goes through Oct, Snow plowing in the Winter Nov-Mar -Must be able to Work Monday-Friday, and the Occasional Weekend if Needed -Resume is a plus Crew Leader Requirements: -Able to Drive a Truck and Trailer -Able to Operate Commercial Lawn Care Equipment -1 Year Lawn Care Experience -Able to Problem Solve and Work well with Others Crew Member Requirements: -Ability and willing to Learn -Show up on time Pay: -Summer: $14.00-$25.00/hr DOE -Winter: $15.00-$28.00/hr DOE **Full-Time Employees are also Eligible for the following Benefits -quarterly bonuses -paid time off - 30/ 60/90 day reviews For any questions or to set up an interview- Call 952-683-1985 Go to totalturfmaintenance.com to fill out online application Thanks for looking
