Landscape Laborers and Foreman Needed!

We are a growing lawn and landscape company looking to fill both foreman and laborer positions for Landscape and Irrigation. We are looking for candidates that want to continue to grow within the company and have a career in the landscape industry. These positions have room for advancement and possibility for year round work. Foreman Job Duties: * Manage the construction projects to include the planning of labor, equipment and material deliveries needed to complete job within project deadlines * Coordinate and supervise the landscape construction crew * Give responsibilities to crew members and review to ensure accuracy, quality and completion of assigned jobs * Operate various tools and equipment to include: heavy equipment, skidloaders, excavators, mowers, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, and more. * Help with preventative maintenance on equipment and tools by doing daily inspections, lubricating and cleaning on equipment as needed. * Maintain company standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, job sites and shop/yard areas Foreman Skills needed: • No less than 3 years of recent landscape installation and plan reading experience • Leadership skills and experience managing a team • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment on daily tasks • Driven, reliable, self-managed individual with attention to detail • Experience using skidloader and other landscape machinery • Ability to read, interpret and implement landscape plans • Stone and hardscape experience a must • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly • Ability to work all day in any outdoor conditions • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record able to drive company trucks w/trailers (health card) -Irrigation Experience is a plus Laborer Job duties/Skills: -Operate various tools and small equipment -Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and repeatedly -Ability to work all day in any outdoor conditions -Help with preventative maintenance on equipment and tools -Willing to take direction and learn new tasks -Be on time and ready to work -Experience a big plus but will train -Able to work independently -Valid drivers license and a clean driving record a plus - Other duties may be needed as they arise.
