 Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.  Able to weld Aluminum (TIG Welding) proficiently for 10 hours  Must be able to meet required daily completion rates  Must have the ability to stand 8-10 hours  Wear the proper PPE required for the area  Adhere to all safety rules and regulations in the area  Read a tape measure  Follow written instructions  Do basic math  Communicate with your supervisor  Check and follow required Quality Control standards  Keep track of inventories completed  Flexible to help other departments  Able to be on time to work daily
