The main job requirement is that you work night time and overnight hours. DO NOT APPLY if these hours don’t fit your schedule. To patrol multiple client sites and observe and report any noteworthy events. To create incident reports when serious incidents occur. To monitor the client's property to detect and deter unauthorized activity. To report all suspicious activity. To conduct physical security checks ensuring all access points are secured. To perform site lighting assessments when requested by the client. To perform foot patrols when required. The main job requirement is that you work night time and overnight hours. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a company background check. Must be able to pass a company drug test if requested. Must possess a VA DCJS Unarmed Officer Credential or acquire one within 60 days. Must be willing to work night shift (dusk to dawn) hours with short notice. Must be able to pay attention to situations, take notes, and log report timestamps. Must write complete patrol reports using good grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Must be well spoken to interact with law enforcement and residents. Must have access to a personal vehicle for reliable transportation to work.
