Columbia parking lot maintenance company is seeking crew leaders and laborers. As of today, we have one part time position open that will be full time including overtime in the spring. More full-time positions will be available in the spring or sooner. New hires will assist with cleaning, sealcoating, striping, signage and wheel stop installation, etc. Driver’s license and background check/drug test required. Must be dependable and have a good work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, be willing to work in the cold and heat, be able to work with others in a team, communicate effectively with crew leader and co-workers, be capable of following directions, practice safe working habits and show up for work on-time each and every scheduled day. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with construction and other job experience; negotiable based on prior relevant parking lot maintenance experience. You are on the clock from shop to job location and back to shop and are paid accordingly. Holiday pay after 90 days and retirement benefits (3% matching) offered after 1 year.
