We are looking for an individual to join our team. We pay $60,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on your skills and your tools. We work in the Erie, Longmont, Firestone area, north metro area. We need someone who is punctual and can be to work at 6:30 every day. Someone who will work diligently until 5:30, taking an hour of lunch and breaks. Someone who is comfortable working 10 hour days regularly, Monday through Saturday. We build very nice homes and need an individual who is detailed, honest, neat and enjoys construction and takes pride in their work. We have full time work, year round. We miss very few days per year. There is vacation time. We expect a lot of dedication and hard work, but we pay well and it is a polite, comfortable work environment, no yelling and arguing. If this is you, and you have a lot of experience and a lot of tools, then you will be at the top of our pay scale. If this is you and you have less experience and tools, then you can start at the lower end of the pay scale and work your way up. We will help you to grow and learn in a constructive, positive manner. Important!
