Job Description Warehouse Purchasing Associate job opening at S.A. Morman Inc., West Michigan’s largest supplier of Commercial Doors and Architectural hardware. Opportunity to move up into Purchasing Manager position! Monday through Friday 6 am to 4 pm. Hollow Metal Warehouse Work: Pulling product for customer orders Unloading and loading trucks (mixture of hand loading and utilizing a Hi Lo/Pallet Jack) Using the computer to check in material and sending Picking Tickets to company employees. Helping bring company vehicles in and out of the building and the beginning and end of the day. Pay is based upon experience. If you lack experience in a particular area or skill we are willing to train to help you succeed. Have Chauffeur license with a clean driving record is a plus. EOE Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form Excellent attention to detail, a high care factor and good attendance are a must Basic adding, subtracting and division skills Follow all safety policies, procedures, and rules Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear a face covering when they are moving around the building. It may be taken off when you are at your desk.
