Lawn Care Technician YEAR-ROUND POSITION AVAILIBLE IN OUR PEMBROKE LOCATION We are seeking motivated, hardworking career-oriented person to join our team. Lawn Management provides lawn care as well as tree and shrub care to our established clients on the south shore. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow. Hourly pay with time and one half paid after 40 hours Generous year-end bonus paid for completed work (Avg. 1first year $5,000.00 to $15,000.00) 15% commission paid for all sales Duties include: Organize and run routes in an efficient manner Submit completed paper work accurately and on time Communicate effectively with peer, clients and management Operate company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle to comply with DOT guidelines. Valid, clean motor vehicle operator’s license required. Massachusetts pesticide license required.
