POSITION OVERVIEW IRC247 is seeking a motivated professional to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with water damage, fire, mold, and trauma remediation techniques, carpet cleaning, and must have superior work ethic. They can lead a restoration team, while adjust priorities as situations change. Will train the right candidates! JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES • On-call rotation • Complete daily carpet cleaning schedule • Respond to emergency events and situations • Responsible and courteous driving to/from locations • Work with subcontractors as necessary • Provide excellent customer service • Maintain company vehicles and equipment • Use company apps and devices REQUIREMENTS: • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have High School Diploma or GED • Must have a current and valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years • Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on record within the past 5 years • Must have a flexible schedule and participate in rotation of on-call emergencies after hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Must submit to and pass a background screening as explained in the employment application • Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol screening as explained in the employment application • Must wear company attire at all times while working • Perform other duties as they arise WORKING ENVIRONMENT: • Must be able to lift 100 lbs, up to 50 lbs shoulder high • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work in tight spaces in PPE • Ability to withstand various temperatures and conditions The starting rate of pay for this full-time position is $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on previous experience, plus after hours bonus for required on-call work.
