MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Full-time; Monday – Friday 9 - 5 & on-call DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO) Redecoration/Renovation including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, sheetrock, flooring, carpentry, grounds work and snow removal; Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor; responds to emergencies as part of on call rotation. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Prior experience and knowledge of general building maintenance/repair methods; Ability to lift and move at least 75 pounds, and such items as furniture, appliances, and equipment; ability to climb multiple flights of stairs; Attention to detail, ability to maintain focus and a serious work ethic; Own transportation & valid driver's license with good record; Ability to work comfortably with people of varying racial/ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, language and socio-economic differences.
