Join us for our first CAP car parade on April 2nd, 2021 at Willamette Heritage Center.
We are excited to partner with the Boys and Girls Club, CASA of Marion County, Family building blocks, Salem Keizer School District, Marion County Sheriffs Office, Liberty House, Marion County Health and Human Services, and Early Learning Hub to offer our first Child Abuse Prevention Parade on April 2nd, 2021.
Our goal is to bring awareness to a very prevalent issue in our community. In 2019 there were 13,674 reported victims of child abuse and neglect in Oregon, of which 1,238 were victims in Marion County. This is a great opportunity to take a stand against child abuse, and help to bring awareness to our local community.
Below is the schedule for our first CAP Car Parade as follows:
-7:15am - 8:05 am meet at William Heritage Center to decorate your vehicle. Supplies are included!
-8:15am line up to drive past the state capital
Thank you for joining us and bringing awareness to this issue!
