We specialize in New construction, Additions, and Renovations The ideal person would have a lot of experience in general construction (drywall and framing, installing windows and doors, bathroom remodeling, minor plumbing and electric etc.). Attention to details with finishing trades. Must be mindful of customers' property. Professional and efficient. Must have a good driving record and the ability to travel within the county. This position has the potential of reaching project manager with higher pay if they have the proper skills and experience and are independent and responsible. Most importantly they possess leadership skills to guide the team throughout the job. Additional construction labor workers also needed for the following areas: - Demolition - Framing - Sheet Rock/Drywall (hanging and repairs) - Carpentry - Painting - General knowledge of plumbing and electrical You don't need to know all but must be able to pick up easily and learn new trades. Requirements and Qualifications: - Able to lift 80 lbs. - Must have own transportation and work tools. - Ability to perform physical work for sustained periods in all types of weather conditions - Complete all job functions following proper safety requirements. - Arrive on time - May be subject to pass a basic background check and drug test. - Must have your own reliable transportation. - Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States Compensation - $15 to $25 an hour depending on experience Please email your Resume to: [email protected] or call 786-467-7200 ( No text please) =================== Somos una Compañía de construcción que sirve el área del Condado Miami-Dade, en busca de trabajadores calificados en Construcción General.
