PART-TIME GOING TO FULL-TIME DEPENDNG ON YOUR ABILITIES. Janitorial company seeks a dedicated, focused and quality driven working Field Supervisor. MUST speak Spanish AND at least some understandable English. Based out of Doral, Florida, the Field Supervisor will be responsible for: >Daily supervision of janitorial employees. >Visiting employees at their job sites and ensuring proper work product. >Taking necessary supplies to employees at client locations. >Training new employees, re-training existing employees and ensuring compliance with work requirements. >Working alongside the employees in discharging their duties when necessary. >Responding to needs and handling projects as necessary. >Company van for work. >Company paid cell phone. Candidates must: >Be 21 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Must be able to use smartphone. >Computer and e-mail knowledge a plus. Schedule: >Tuesday through Saturday >Tuesday through Friday 4PM to 9PM >Saturday 8AM to 430PM >28 Weekly Hours to start. >May turn to Full-Time depending on your work product and commitment.
