We are seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Beech Hill! Job Description: Assist Maintenance staff with repair services, property maintenance and unit preparation for make ready units. Specific Duties (but not limited to): Assist with unit preparation - Paint, repairs, shampooing/cleaning of flooring Completion of assigned standard work orders in a timely manner Morning trash clean up surrounding dumpsters On Call is required on a rotating schedule Snow Removal - shoveling snow, sanding and snow blowing and any other related tasks to snow removal Assisting with Seasonal landscaping onsite Monitor building and grounds to ensure a safe and clean presentation and environment Ensure all supplies are stored in appropriate areas Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Must have 1 year experienced preferred in apartment/residential maintenance Criminal Background High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Drivers License Clean driving record Medical ID Card a plus! Must be able to work a flexible schedule with on call rotation Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be knowledgeable in safety with hand tools and mechanical equipment Must be able to perform duties: Standing for long periods, bending, frequent lifting 25lbs +, walking up stairs, climbing ladders (these duties are not limited) Must be able to diagnose and problem solve Must able to follow all written and verbal instructions Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge preferred Personal Attributes: Team Player Positive Attitude Customer Service Skills Maintain standards of conduct Reliable Honest Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Paid Time Off Direct Deposit Holiday Pay * If you are interested please reply with your resume.
