A celebration of the spring equinox where we create with the last of the winter vegetables and drink pairings from the crew at Industry East The end of a long cold winter is something to celebrate. Come raise a glass with us and the boys at Industry East; longtime friends of ours that are taking Manchester by storm with their new bar! . While we near the warmer spring weather of New England, we utilize the last of the root cellar goods and preserved foods from last fall. Come dine with us and experience a tasting menu created to celebrate the equinox and the food available to us. .
