If you hard working but have no experience working for a licensed moving company we can train. That stating pay is from 9-10.00 per hour until 3 jobs or days training then up to 11-12.00 per hour plus tips. If you have licensed moving company experience over 3 months to a year you start from 11-12 per hour plus tips. If you know how to do everything, pad, Shrink wrap, load back of truck, take off refrigerator doors and replace. Disassemble and Reassemble beds etc, you start at 13.00 with 1 yrs experience and over 1 year 14.00 per hour. Pay time only starts at customers locations. If you want cash daily its a w9 contractors tax of 7.25% from daily pay. And you will need ID or Drivers licence to cash check. ( we dont pass cash). If you desire weekly pay and 401-K there are no taxes we take out and your paid weekly. Time gose in on each Thurday at midnight and your paid Monday from 8-9am regardless if you work that day or not. Do not bring large bags or back packs to work. Small bags ok. Ware tennis shoes or boots if you like. No due rags or sagging. And if you call one of the mangers the word bro- you will be asked to terminate your employment instantly. Its disrespect period.
